BACARDÍ Cuba Libre Recipe

Ingredients

1 ½ ounce BACARDÍ Gold Rum

3 ounces cola

2 lime wedges

Method

Fill a highball glass with cubed ice. Squeeze lime wedges over the ice and drop them into the glass. Pour in the BACARDÍ  Gold Rum followed by chilled cola, and give it all a gentle stir.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

ICE: cubed

GLASSWARE: highball

GARNISH: lime wedge

BACARDÍ Mojito Recipe

Ingredients

1 ½ ounce BACARDÍ Superior Rum

¾ ounces lime juice

12 mint leaves

2 teaspoons extra fine sugar

¾ ounces club soda

Method

Add the BACARDÍ Superior Rum, lime juice, sugar and mint to a highball glass. Press mint with a bar spoon to release oil. Add crushed ice, almost to the top, and churn. Top with a splash of club soda and more crushed ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.

Variation:

You can replace extra fine sugar with simple syrup.
